Ingredients

12 Pretzel Bites
Sea salt
Dill
Black pepper
Smoked salmon
Dill cream cheese

Preparation

Place the Pretzel Bites on a baking tray with some space between them and let them thaw briefly.
Spray with water and sprinkle with sea salt.
Bake in the oven at 190-200 °C for 4-5 minutes without steam (air fryer: 200 °C, 4-5 minutes).
Let the Pretzel Bites cool briefly, fill with dill cream cheese and top with smoked salmon.
Garnish with fresh dill and black pepper and serve.

Pretzel Bites Raspberry Cheesecake Style

Ingredients

12 Pretzel Bites
Caster sugar
Glaze spray
Raspberries
Blueberries
Cheesecake cream
Raspberry sauce
Fresh mint

Preparation

Place the Pretzel Bites on a baking tray with some space between them and let them thaw briefly. Bake in the oven at 190-200 °C for 4-5 minutes without steam (air fryer: 200 °C, 4-5 minutes).
Sprinkle the Pretzel Bites with caster sugar and spray with glaze spray.
Fill with cheesecake cream, drizzle with raspberry sauce and top with fresh berries.
Garnish with mint and serve.
